All builds are constructed with void-less, marine grade, 13mm/15mm Baltic birch. Completely sealed with aircraft designed bracing for the most efficient use of every piece of wood for the most solid and efficient construction you can find. Tyrant cabinets are built using full dovetail weave for the strongest, most efficient core construction.The only joinery you see on a Tyrant cabinet is the dove tail through weave bringing you the cleanest look. 

 

Our construction is inspired by the old American made cabinets from the 60s and 70s like SUNN, Acoustic Control Corp., and Ampeg, but with the finest modern plywood made. These cabinets are designed to not be as directional as most boutique cabinets by using internal batting to combat standing waves or cone filtering that can result. In addition, true infinite baffle/s and ported guitar cabinet options, are used to help create your true tone. 

 

All cabinets are covered in the highest grade conversion varnish for superior protection.

The front loaded design allows you to remove and replace the grill for studio recording situations. Screws are standard but we also offer Rare earth magnets as an option for a cleaner and easier removal option.
